Obnubilus
This charm will do quite a number of interesting things depending on your wand work. It can either whip up dense cloud cover, fog up glass or see through surfaces or create a misty haze that that can disorientate many a foe - handy for creating flying cover, privacy or the element of surprise.
For cloud cover, point your wand at the sky and recite.
For foggy glass, tap the glass twice with your wand and recite whilst it is resting upon it.
For the mist, recite with a very sharp flick of your wand from the ground up.
