Handy for avid writers (such as myself) who wish to reapply ink to their quill without continually dipping it in the well. The incantation, however, will still cause the ink to empty from the nearest well in proximity to the quill.
I dare say that without this particular charm I would not have been able to answer nearly as many fan letters from my gracious admirers which, may I add, is all too kind.
